With computers in our pockets and the Internet at our fingertips nearly everywhere we go, our response to waiting symbols has become a mediated response. Loading is a series that highlights the ways in which our constant connectedness to media have conditioned us. By not giving the viewer what they have been conditioned to expect they are forced to take notice of this conditioning.
